Is PostNL taken over by those addicted to seeing engagement metrics go up? They are removing useful features to force interaction with the app or email. App notifications no longer show estimated time and just says to look for it in the app (notification has become less useful). Email subjects used to show the time of delivery and now it just shows "this is the time for your package" and the actual time is only in the body of the email (email subject is less useful). And now ads! Shameful!

seems like a great app from the outside, but leaves a lot to wish for, not all functions are working, like creating a 'retour' (return) label, it leads to a dead end. Also basic options, like confirming that you received a delivery when it still proclaims to be 'delayed' (for days), or letting them know that you never received it when the status is 'delivered'. Basically all the things you would want to use an app like this for, are not present or not working, lol..

The Netherlands has the highest English speaking level in a non English country. And the app is only in Dutch. Most postal services apps in Europe have had it long ago.. It's also just not that good at making basic changes. It's a poorly designed app on most levels. Anyone using many other postal apps will quickly see how poorly it is designed.
