My Work App for PostNL employees

The My Work app is PostNL's app for production employees in Delivery, Collection, Sorting, Preparation and Transport. Open the My Work app and you immediately have everything you need for your work. Think about your schedule for today, your vacation hours, instructions and work information. The app makes your daily work easier.

How does the My Work app work?

The My Work app is adapted to your work. If you work as a Sorting Employee, you will see different information than your colleagues at Collection. This way you only get the information that concerns your work

The same for everyone

All production employees can view and confirm their schedule for the coming week via the My Work app. If something is not right, you can object via the app. This way we know that everyone has seen the schedule and we ensure that the schedules are correct. Furthermore, everyone can receive and read messages. Of course, only messages that are important for your work. So all national messages, but also messages about disruptions in your workplace, for example.

Do you work in Collection, Preparation or Sorting?

Then you can also ask questions freely in the My Work app and also link directly to My PostNL and to My HR via handy links.

Do you work at Delivery?

Then the My Work app is really indispensable for your work. The My Work app is therefore mandatory for postal deliverers. What do you do with the app?

Scan letterbox parcels at the door when you deliver the parcel to the neighbor or retailer.

Start and stop your order run. You see how long it took you to complete your run.

Report plus/minus time. Because you can immediately see how long it took you to walk, you can immediately report plus or minus time.

Make reports, for example about the quality of the preparation.

Attach the grille. You can check and confirm the weekly planning for the coming week via the My Work app. If something is not right, you can object via the app. This way we know that everyone has seen the schedule and we can prevent misconceptions in the planning or correct them in a timely manner.

Open bidding. Under the 'bidding' tab and in your schedule you will see order runs on which you can bid. Here you will only find order runs that belong to your manager's area. In the offered delivery run you will find information about the route, the map, the delivery time and from which depot the delivery run starts.

In addition, just like Collection, Preparation or Sorting, you can also freely ask questions in the My Work app and also link directly to My PostNL and to My HR via handy links.
