With the Mobile Banking App, your bank is always with you. A quick balance check, transfer to your savings or paying a bill: the app does it all. For personal and business accounts.

Yes, your banking is done via a secured connection. No personal details are stored on your phone or tablet. If you always use the latest version of the app, you enjoy optimal security and the latest features.

Activation only takes a moment
You don’t need much to activate the app. Just a Dutch current account at ING, access to My ING and a valid identity document. This can be a passport, an ID card from the EU, an ID card for foreign nationals, a Dutch residence permit or a driver’s license.

Can't give it more than one star: the entries in the transactions list are not equal to the transaction dates and time. Very difficult to detect fraudulent or erroneous transactions this way. New: stock info now through this app, but the overview is less good than it was in the separate app. E.g. "Totaal rendement" and "Laatste koerswijziging" are not simultaneously visible. Please don't give your standard answers. Please fix the way entries are listed. And look at the stocks functionality.

Hi! Thank you for your review. Based on your description, it could be that a payment was in reservation. When the transaction is completed there could be a difference in time payed and time booked. Getting options like "invite a friend" is really not needed. ING keeps adding features that me as a client don't want. This app is getting more and more complicated. But when trying to contact ING for support I need to get through a rubbish robot AI and phone number is hard to find. ING is making stuff complicated. This is on of the reasons for not recommending ING to people.

Since updates app disappeared. Isn't working too well. The app does not show on my phone. I have to go to play store to find the app. I don't know what you did with this last update but it's a mess. The app is now horrible. I hate it. Bring back the old one remove this update. It can't be dragged because it's no where in my phone. I have to keep going to the play store and press open from there for it to pop up. Update: the app has done the same thing again in 2024. I can't be bothered now

I am so sorry to read you are having problems after the last update. Good to know, we don't change the shortcut during an update. Maybe you replaced it by accident? ^Margreet
