Some cameras being for this app are really terrible quality and some are amazingly good, high resolution, 1080p or better. The software though, has been gamified to demonstrate actual capabilities you will not get unless you subscribe monthly. Most recently, those opportunities to experience those advanced features through the "check-in" game have been obfascated further making it virtually impossible to get the free benefits. DO NOT BUY! Instead, look for a "real" CCTV NVR system. My $.02

I installed this app on my Samsung Android phone, but motion or warning messages are not displayed on the phone, even though I have made the necessary settings. When you download a video from the memory card, it does not download, and when you take a snapshot, it gives an error "snapshot failed", while previous versions did not have this problem. There is a strong and good support team to help solve the problems so I changed my mind and gave it a perfect rating.

Update 1224. Since it is a free app, I am happy with it. The alarm works very well, and the ability to configure the alarm area helps greatly to avoid false alarms (such as a window and sunlight). Update 0424. I get notifications about FREE cloud service for daily check-in, but it is nowhere in the app. And, when you click the support tab, it shows a blank page.
