The app was basically working well until the last update. I have a hikvision router at home and I installed the app for easy management. After the last update, I am adding the router(manually since I'm connected to the same network) but the device is not being shown on the dashboard anymore despite the app saying that the device has been added successfully.

Updated review for '25: I hate this app - the devs can't leave it alone. After plenty of frustrations over the years it seemed to have settled for a while, but a recent update has imposed a 5-minute streaming limit on wi-fi (again); camera groups have started re-ordering themselves randomly; 'latest view' sometimes gives a blank screen and a ratings pop-up appears when I want immediate access to a camera. Together this is super frustrating. I hate it so much that it has gone from 2 stars to 1.

Buggy and now won't stream for longer than 5 minutes. I contacted support via phone and they said they'd send a technician out at a huge cost of over $200. I emailed the support email address provided on the app page and no reply. I used to be able to stream all day on my tablet for security reasons but now I can't and tech support is terrible! I hope ADT reads this and gets back to me!
