In the beginning I had many issues and gave only 2 stars. But, after updating the firmware on the cameras (suggested by a very friendly support) things are a lot better. So much better that I bought 3 more cameras a few days ago. It is not perfect. Not yet. My biggest complaint is that, to see the video at higher speed, you have to go to weird places in the app (even though a "x10" icon is in the standard view screen, but it only gives a cryptic message) So, fix that and I'll gladly give 5

Quality cameras with ample configuration options. Unfortunately, the app is much worse: it's a typical Chinese design with poor navigational logic, tiny text, random horizontal/vertical spacing, overbearing graphic elements, annoying transitions, and clicking areas often too small for a typical human. Text colours fail WCAD2.0 requirements, esp. grey text on light-grey background. Sharing screens poorly thought through. Impossible to see several streams in a full-screen layout, esp. on a tablet.

It's the worst camera system ever. They claim AI detection, in my opinion they should rather call it AS (artificial stupid). It can not even distinguish between a rubbish bin and a person. I have 5 cameras and do not use the cloud storage service because it is way too expensive. But in the app, I constantly have to switch back to local storage to view footage. The system is also completely useless when it's raining. Even at the lowest sensitivity setting.
