Are you tired of being stressed out all the time? Do you want to feel better, look better, sleep better and be much happier?

I do two jobs, aside that, I have to keep the house and tend to the needs of the family as well. This book has made me understand the need to take a break and not get over worked in all I do. The author was right in stating the fact that stress cannot be avoided as she made it clear saying "we don't want to get rid of stress. Not at all. But we do want to manage it." Sometimes, stress is beneficial in things such as motivation, adaptation and reactions even excitement.

I used to think I was doing all the right things in handling my stress, but this book has definitely opened my eyes to actual, sustainable methods. Also, better stress management diet proved to be working these days. I am having a better life these days.
