Emotionally wrecking Ethan, an FBI agent, has returned from an impromptu press conference put together by Sarah, a police public relations officer, about the renegade rescue mission to Colorado that he was a part of and finds himself on the receiving end of a not so pleasant wake up call. As the story progresses a time limit is given, deception is driven to madness, and when the house of cards comes tumbling down they might find that no one wins in the end. It Was Me, the final book in W.L. Knightly’s Last Words series was emotionally wrecking for the characters. The readers had a clear indication of who the person committing the crimes was, but the reveal to others in the story line was jarring. Now I have to decide what to read ubril rgw next series is released. I received a free copy of the book from the author. I had the opportunity to review or not.

Mindblowing. This was amazing! Mindblowing! We come to the end of this series, but while we now know what and who, we also know why and are left with questions about the nature of justice. This duo writes an excellent story that keeps you wondering. Every time you think you know where the story is going, there is another dead end and another lead. You MUST read the books in order or you'll be lost. This series is a tightrope with a killer at one end and who knows who is holding the other. Tightly written, intense and full of twists and turns with no letup in tension or mystery you'll want to hide away to read these and you'll find yourself at the end with an answer, but maybe also another questions. I LOVED this!

We find out Thomas is reinstated and Captain Bowden wants him to work with Ethan to find Sergeant Green's murderer. Sarah and Thomas are back together and planning on getting married. He also wants to pay her mortgage off. Ethan is determined to find the gun Agent Holloway described and find the killer. Sarah wants Delany to pay for killing her father but Thomas has other plans. Even though we already know who the killer is from previous books, this kept me intrigued. Suspense thriller that kept me devouring the pages trying to find out what would happen next. I can't wait to see what these two amazing authors come out with next. I am leaving this review voluntarily.
