A mysterious video of a young girl getting murdered had Sarah at the police station. Ethan was also there and by chance chased her down to take a look at the video. Now they are trying to figure out if it's been tampered with, who the girl is and locate her body. Thomas Asher is a cop and his sister Starr went missing before the video with the murdered girl happened. He is seeing the woman who is in charge of the mansion Starr was staying in due to her contract with them. He is determined to find out where his sister is at and what happened. This has mystery, suspense, secrets, manipulation and so much more. This book grabs your attention from beginning to the very end. Well written plot and the characters are intriguing. This does end with a surprise ending and will make you excited to read the next book in the series.

Started off another great mystery series Sarah, a journalist, stumbles on Ethan, an FBI agent, when she heads into the precinct to report a potential murder. As the story progresses a partnership is agreed on, the story twists, and the pieces of the puzzle keep moving not allowing for a clear picture to form. W.L. Knightly has started off another great mystery series leaving the reader guessing. I can’t wait to see what kind of plot twists and roadblocks that Sarah and Ethan will face. I received a free copy of the book from the author. I had the opportunity to review or not.
