About this eBook

Ownership of another human being is forbidden

I know. I’ve worked undercover in the human trafficking ring for years

But when Jinx Collins kidnaps me

I become what I hunt

I want to own her

I hadn’t expected Jinx Collins to abduct me. I’m not sure how I feel about the U.S. Marshal’s flirty smiles and sultry eyes. Not sure if she irritates me or if she’s awakening my darkest desires. One thing I do know, before I act on anything, I need to find out why she kidnapped a murderer.

Outspoken, free-spirited, and fearless, that’s me—Jinx Collins. It’s that same fearlessness that tends to get me into trouble. Adopted, I have questions about my past. The person with the answers, well, he’s about to transfer into the witness protection program. I know it’s not smart, and a little crazy, but I kidnapped him for the day.

Issue #1 I stole the wrong man!

Issue #2 I want the sexy bastard I kidnapped!

Issue #3 Issue number 2 is messing up everything!

Locked away in a dark basement, a boy awaits rescue. Jinx’s past holds the key to his prison. If she can find the truth. If Jed Zayne can forgive himself for his past, then they might be able to save the boy…

USA Today Bestselling author presents a new sexy alpha in this dominant undercover agent meets headstrong U.S. Marshal HEA romance.

This book could very well be passed off as a semi dark romance. I love all the twists and turns. Nice plot line. The characters are very lovable. Jed is a good guy but at the same time hes bad. Once you start reading this you wont want to put it down until the end. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

A suspenseful, erotic romance which hooks the reader from the beginning! The characters were well developed and conveyed a depth of emotion. I absolutely loved the way the story was told. There was mystery and trauma. US Marshall Jinx Collins is an opinionated, free-spirited, and courageous woman. This however has also led her to troublesome situations. Jed Kane has worked undercover in the human trafficking ring for years. Jed did not expect to be abducted during an undercover operation. The initial explosive attraction between Jinx and Jed and the hot chemistry had the reader rooting for them from the beginning. Overall, an enjoyable read, one I was not expecting. This is a inspiring story about child sex trafficking. Tough subject that may trigger some people. Jinx is trying to figure out her past. As a U.S. Marshal, she makes some very stupid decisions throughout the entire book. She puts her life in jeopardy. Although she doesn't know how Jed fits into the picture, she's deeply attracted to him. Jed is just trying to help as many children as he can. Although he fights his demons, and considers himself a bad person, Jinx sees something special in him. I love her assertive personality that gives Jed a run for his money! Both are very strong characters that have something in common. Great story that I highly recommend.
