It is appropriate that our characters love Shakespeare as the entire book has a feeling of a foreboding tragedy, while overlayed with a romance, covering the bard’s most famous tropes. Anne and William get their HEA, but it takes a lot of pain, worry, doubt, and trauma to get there. The battles seem endless, the barriers insurmountable, and the end goal forever moving. Trust and loyalties are questioned and stretched, but somehow, they make it through, together <3

What an ending to this trilogy, everything was tied together. I do feel like there was a lot of skipping around between characters but the story still flowed. I would love to see a spin off of a couple of the side characters as well.

Breathtaking., stunning., emotional intense, steamy, thrilling, dramatic, and oh, so twisty, this is the highly anticipated (and desperately yearned for by me!) final piece of Anne and William's story and I have to say, wow, what a story it has been. My heart definitely got put through one wicked workout and my nerves were stretched to the breaking point because these two as their story unfolded.
