This book is going to help me in my near future. I just went through the surfaces, touching the important related topics that I need to know at the time now. It actually made me feel better. I am going to reread it fully. Thank you for writing this book.

It fired up the light of motivation which was flickering inside. Greatly appreciate and recommend this book to those who want the peace of mind and body whole day. It is written in simple and lucid language and in a short way but explained more

It lightened up the way I live in and most of what the writer wrote I make every day and I didnt know that were mindfulness but I need more practicing on trying to go to sleep sometimes it is hard sometimes.
