About the author
Phil Markowski è un birraio professionista sin dal 1989 (New England Brewing Company, Southampton Publick House, Two Roads Brewing Company). Ha ricevuto numerosi riconoscimenti in concorsi birrari statunitensi e internazionali e ha ricevuto il prestigioso Russell Scherer Award per le tecniche e le innovazioni produttive in birrificazione. Phil è anche consulente e scrittore: ha pubblicato articoli nelle riviste American Brewer, Brewing Techniques, The New Brewer e Zymurgy. MoBI - Movimento Birrario Italiano.
