Lilly has just inherited her grandmother's flower shop which is crumbling around her. If that isn't enough a building is going up next to her which is blocking the sunlight to add to her whose. Jerome is the CEO that is causing her problem but when they connect there is an attraction between them. The author has taken us back to Pelican Bay to spend time with our friends and to meet some new ones. The story pulls us into the lives of Lily and Jerome and does not let go. They should be enemies but, instead, feel a connection. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

I love how these can be read as stand alone books but each book seeps into each other so if you do read them together there are little nods to the other characters. Jerome certainly meets his match with Lily when they butt heads with his building and her shop next to it, add in the ladies of Pelican Bay led by well crazy Katy as I like to call her and you get plenty of laughs, some mystery and another romance ready to bloom. ;).
