Lori Longbotham is a former food editor for Gourmet and a frequent contributor to magazines such as Martha Stewart Living, Food & Wine, Good Housekeeping, and the New York Times Magazine. She lives in the New York City area. Alison Miksch's photographs have appeared in Better Homes & Gardens, Country Home, and Shape magazines and can also be seen in Couscous. She lives in an eighteenth-century farmhouse in Pennsylvania.
