This is the book to get if you want to come home from work or school and relax and not worry about dinner. Out of all the Instant Pot cookbooks that I have bought, this is my favorite one and it is well used. The food is delicious and my family loves it. At the beginning of the month I will buy my meat and ingredients in bulk, and then take a few hours to make up and freeze these meals. Then when I make dinner, I just follow the instructions, pop it in the instant pot, cook and serve.
