Push (BBW Bear Shifter Military Vigilante Romance)

Sometimes you just need to snuggle with a bear and Jake Billings fits the bill. Push is a fast paced, exciting read from start to finish. This is a fated mates story, but it's a little different than the usual love at first sight norm. Jake is strongly attracted to Stephanie, bit it takes him some time to realize just what that attraction means. In addition to a hot and steamy romance, we get some action and intrigue by way of twisted stalker who is determined to have Stephanie for himself. With a couple of red herrings to keep you guessing, this fated mated romantic suspense is an entertaining and hard to put down tale.

A fantastic start to a new series & I absolutely enjoyed reading this bear shifter romance. The plot is well-written & full of intrigue. The characters are remarkable with their individual personalities and characteristics. It is about: a bear shifter (Jake) who is a hunter/operative for the ZPO, he finds a woman (Stephanie) drugged and wonders if it was voluntary or not. Jake suddenly becomes a protector and not a hunter and wonders about the strange feelings he has for the woman. There is: bear shifters, law enforcement, a stalker, intrigue, twists & turns, suspense, adventure, action, drugs, confusion, distrust, concerns, tests, memories, friendship, threats, fear, disbelief, attractions, physical conflict, missions, confrontations, verbal conflict, arson, verbal banter, mates, contentment, some steam and a wonderful ending. I really would recommend this book to people who enjoy reading this genre.

Jake Billings and Stephanie Simmons' story is well-written and a story that once I started it I was not putting it down. The story flowed smoothly from one page to the other. I want to read the next book. I received a copy of this book and I am leaving an honest voluntary review.
