Fast Metabolism Diet Plan A great book for maintaining your diet plan. I read the full book and learn many things about Diet Plan and it's become very effective for me . I will suggest everyone to read this book for a balanced diet. I am sure no one will be disappointed after reading this book. Some Info: The Fast Metabolism Diet might help you to lose weight—lots of people report that it works, at least in the short term. But long-term, it won't help you to develop the healthy eating habits that will sustain your weight loss beyond that initial effort. Eat five times per day. Eat every 3–4 hours except when sleeping. Eat within 30 minutes of waking. Follow the phases in order. Stock up on a general Fast Metabolism Diet food list before beginning. Stick to the foods allowed in each phase. Exercise according to the phase you're in. The diet focuses on the way your body metabolizes its food, as those with a faster metabolism are likely to burn more fat. The goal is to speed up the metabolization process for more efficient and effective fat burn. It's also a way of teaching your body to process healthier foods at a quicker rate.
