Changed my phone and couldn't login as singpass ID deemed to contain special characters altho there were none. Didn't work on either MS Swift or Gboard phone keyboard. Eventually fixed the issue by saving login details on an authenticator app and pasting in from there. I didn't have issues with face recognition because I avoided well lit windows. Works now.

I hope the team can solve the 83-T991 error that has been plaguing my Pixel 8 Pro ever since I bought it. I wouldn't have bought it if I know it cannot support Singpass at all. It's a pity that I have to bring 2 phones just to use the Singpass app, which is very troublesome.

Your SMS OTP flow is busted. It takes well over 2 minutes for the OTP to be received. By the time it arrives, it's already expired. Had this issue all morning on 26 Nov 2024. Was in Singapore and had a strong signal. I was able to receive SMS from colleagues almost immediately.
