This application is brought to you by the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA), a Singapore Government Agency.

MyICA Mobile App (1) provides a one-stop platform for Singapore residents and foreign visitors to transact with ICA conveniently. The features include:

• SG Arrival Card (2) for residents and visitors to submit health declaration and arrival information
- Provide personal information with ease by scanning the passport biographical data page;
- Provide a group submission for up to 10 travellers; and
- Retrieve submitted records with ease.
• Gateway to e-Services & MyICA portal
- Access existing ICA e-services and MyICA portal on your mobile phone.

Note:
(1) The download and use of MyICA Mobile App is free of charge.
(2) The SG Arrival Card is NOT a visa. Visitors can visit Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) website to check if they need a visa to enter Singapore.

The period I tried was between 12:50 to 1:00AM 9th Dec. I was able to fill up my whole family's profiles and etc. But all the declarations were not fillable. The Declaration page just loaded endlessly. The app actually allowed me to click on the submission button and make the final declaration on truthness while i have not been allowed to answer any questions.. I reinatalled the app from the Play Store when i hit the issue, so stop asking about the version.

Hi Tiaw, sorry to hear about this. Will you be able to share the details such as date/time and the error msg of the error encountered? It could be due to e-service maintenance during the time eservice is not available. Will you be able to update the App to the latest version and retry again to see if the issue is persisting?

Under the group QR code, there should have "bus" option as stated in the news. But I could not even scroll down to select the "bus" option and only can stay put at the 3 selection that was shown which is "car", "lorry" & "motorcycle". Kindly fix this matter in the apps.

Excellent. The app and the passport and biometric scanning gates at Changi Airport made entering and leaving Singapore so fast and easy. Absolutely wonderful. If only all countries could offer the same problem-free immigration experience.
