• Global money transfers - manage your international payees, and perform timely transfers in a convenient and reliable way.
• PayNow – send money instantly and share payment receipts using just a mobile number, NRIC, Unique Entity Number and Virtual Payment Address.
• Scan to pay – simply scan the SGQR code to pay your friends for your meals or shopping or at participating merchants across Singapore.
• Transfers management - setup, view & delete a future-dated and recurring domestic transfers now available on the Mobile app.
• Payee management - one-stop solution for efficient payee management across your payments.

The rewards redemption DOES NOT WORK. Redeemed a Golden Village e-gift card but could not get to reveal the card details (which you need to use it) because of a processing error. Tried to get support from both GV and HSBC but they were both very unhelpful (HSBC couldn't even get through their automated voice line when I called. Absolute rubbish customer support). Wasted my points. What a scam. On customer support, the entire thing is run by bots so good luck to get any help with your issues

There is significant potential to enhance the presentation of the mobile app. Currently, the user interface lacks visual appeal and engagement, resembling the simplicity of recording accounts on plain white paper.

your app is now preventing to log in citing reason that my McAfee anti-virus app is the reason. You are the first out of all the banking app that blocks me until I turn off the access from McAfee. And I can't cut and paste the web link published in ur notice to submit a report. The next thing i am going to do is to cancel my card.
