Horrible experience, try to avoid. I only received a package and this courier requires to: download an app (no alternative way for people without smartphone), register an account, provide location, data (what if my subscription is without data) and bluetooth access, and after all of this hassle trying over dozen times for tens of minutes in freezing temperatures for all of these technologies to work in syncron to finally open a locker. Why couldn't you just send a code with couple of digits?

Worst app ever. Do not download it. Do not order any parcels to be delivered via PostNord. The postbox doesn't open even though one uses their app and connect to the outdoor boxes - in the freezing windy cold. The parcel box won't open. I've tried thrice during Saturday. Erroneous system. I tried to get help through endless number of dumb AI generated questions. When I finally got allowed to access their support number it turnout they don't help people during weekends. Use another provider!!

This app does have some nice features but I was severlely disappointed with my latest delivery experience. I got a SMS with text + a very long number forcing me to use the app to get the delivery. You have to cut &paste it yourself. Ontop of forcing the app I was also forced to make a Postnord account (yay yet another account). With other services all I got was a short number, tap it in, verify with bankid & done. No apps, no extra accounts. Also feedback + report issue function is broken.
