Despite having to pay for VIP package, series movies are released on episode by episode daily and at times even with longer frequency which counterfeits the very main purpose of the platform. Excuse is it depends on producing agency etc... It's ridiculous!

Too many issues with the app 1. What is the point of having offline download if they will stream and consume Internet? Why I cannot even open and watch on a plane?! Complete non sense! 2. Downloaded titles will suddenly show message content expired. I experienced this today with a title downloaded only today, a small Internet hick up and the title is gone. I have to download again Would be nice from shahid to fix these bugs. Also would be nice to indicate the titles leaving the platform soon

very bad management I subscribed and wasted my money because the app is not working properly especially in some countries. They refused to refund after too many communications and requests and calls as the company policies do not allow refund. It's wasn't mentioned when I had subscribed that it's not working in some countries where it's not my fault. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.
