This app had been fine when it first came around. Now, however, the same can't be said. I recently made an order, which was prepared and on the way - tracked all the way to 2 minutes away from me before it abruptly got cancelled. Explanation? None given. Contact support? Not possible. Still, I assumed that an accident had occurred. So, I ordered again. And then my order got abruptly cancelled after 20 minutes this time. All in all, terrible experience.

I strongly advise against using the Talabat app due to its glaring security flaws. My account has been compromised multiple times, and unauthorized users have accessed it to place orders using my credit card. This has happened twice, with large amounts being charged fraudulently. The most disappointing part is the lack of action from Talabat's customer service. Despite reporting the issue and providing all necessary details, they have done absolutely nothing to r

I have been charged "twice" for an order that didn't go through. Their customer service agents told me it takes 5-7 days to be refunded. It's been two weeks now and nothing! Everything is contact them i get promises but no issues resolved! I'm waiting for my refund then definitely deleting this app for good.
