I used to be a loyal customer buying every single day, sometimes multiple times a day. But now, since the last couple of months, Hunger Station has been scam company for real. Especially their customer service and support. They still owe me money from previous canceled orders, and they tell you that you will receive it in 5 business days, it never happened!!

Very horrible customer support, every time the delivery gets delayed they show you some made-up estimated delivery time that keeps getting delayed. The only thing the customer supported keeps telling you is that they are working on it, then they shut you off and can't contact them anymore. Also the delivery costs are insanely high 80% of the time. You are better off downloading any other delivery app :)

Extremely unprofessional company riders and policy. I keep trying to reach the driver for 15 mins. He decides to leave on his own accord and take the food with him. I ask for a refund, it was rejected because they said the driver tried to call you and you failed to pick up. I asked them why the driver didn't leave the food at the security I receive no response from. Again,extremely unprofessional. No customer loyalty or retention for a few bucks they are willing to lose you.
