Used to be a good app a year ago. I haven't been on for a while as out of the last 5 items I ordered, I only received 2 as the others were out of stock. I was refunded, but this then delays the delivery of the other items. Also I was very surprised to see after not using the app for around 6 months, that all of my watched items have doubled in price. There's now only the odd item I find, but most stuff is now overpriced and I can find much cheaper on other shopping apps.

Absolutely disgraceful, item has been at destination airport since 3rd.customer service are useless,don't even know there own shipping policy!?! Told me eta basically means nothing and 30 days delivery?? Then 5 days processing!?!?! There shipping policy states 1-3days processing and 3-5days shipping. Asked for refund.!so 3rd arrives at destination port, 10th again arrived at destination port cleared customs and 12th again arrived at destination port and cleared customs????changed the date 3 time

Absolutely terrible I wouldn't use this app again after my poor experience using this app. I ordered a balaclava and it came defective so I asked for a refund from a 20 pounds balaclava which got delivered with a broken goggle and threading pulled out. They offered me 4 pound and said the balaclava is a gift you scammed me out of my money and then gave me bs store credit. The quality of there Jordans which are fake but I'm not bothered are terrible came to me fallen apart they aren't refundabl
