Updated rating! Wish 0 points were an option. After the latest update which improves the device experience, nothing works. Have uninstalls and reinstalled, but all devices are offiline, all the time. Still works on my tablet, now unmistakable from phone and finding an alternative. If you are on Samsung, AVOID!

The app works and then it doesn't. A couple days ago, I think it updated. Since then, the scenes I created have disappeared. So I can't turn off the scenes which turn on and off the Christmas lights. I don't see any scenes. The ones that turn lights on and off, make coffee, are all still working but they can't be disabled or modified. Cleaning all storage didn't work to restore data.

The most recent update has caused inconsistency in my outdoor motion sensor (multifunction alarm) for both the chime (receiver) and the app. It works when it wants to now, and even when the chime sounds, the app does not (it is silent when popping up on the screen – I rely on audible notification). I have tried everything. The issue is unacceptable. I wish I had not updated.
