I am still in the white belt, but this program is difficult and at the same time it requires a person who is not lazy. In fact, I will follow this program every day because it makes the human body active. This is truly the best Taekwondo program in the world.

The workouts use high repetition of a few moves at a time. It's more updated than the TKD I trained in as a kid. No overly deep stance or lunge punches yet. I'm on pretty good shape, and I do quite a bit of kickery in my spare time, but the first beginner training kicked my butt! So why not 5 stars? Two reasons: 1) no technique tutorials, and 2) in browsing, some of the model animations didn't match up with the descriptions (a knife-hand block showed a poor animation with closed fists).

Good app, but not for beginner. There are some movements that aren't suitable for lower belts (such as spinning back high kick) which could cause injury if your muscles aren't flexible enough. The stretching part is not thoroughly composed, and the instruction is unclear. And the recent update showed only the right part training of the body, where is the left one? Please fix this asap. Overall it's a good app for practicioners who are familiar/experienced with taekwondo.
