Does not reflect washing machine settings. When a program allows you to set intensive wash or pre wash while using the washing machine, the app does not allow you to do so. Why!? These options should be added as a simple click. The app is pretty useless for remote starts now.

Won't connect after update, and even before the update, it would never turn the tv on. I always had to get up and do it. we can't use the physical remote because apparently lg and vizio share same infrared signal. Update: No, reinstalling did not work. I will definitely not be chatting with lg. Huge company, but can't make a simple app? It doesn't even affect us anymore. We're taking the tv back.

Please delete and reinstall the ThinQ application. If this does not resolve the issue, please contact us via "Chat with LG" with a copy of your review, your phone’s model number, OS version, and the ThinQ application version. ^LG

Super easy to use and just great in general. However, one horrible thing they do is that they removed some features, and an important one at that- they removed the feature to add devices with NFC and only support adding devices through WiFi. I had to find an older APK online, connect my device through NFC and THEN update it on the play store to get the latest app. Everything still works, which is great, but why make it so difficult? People on other OS don't even have the option to do what I did.
