Worst app ever! HungerStation has been nothing but a disappointing experience. After several bad incidents, I have finally decided to uninstall it. The app is unreliable, and customer care is completely unhelpful. If an order is canceled by the rider, they refuse to issue a refund, which feels like outright looting. There are many better and more reliable food delivery platforms available. I strongly advise against using HungerStation.

Most of their drivers have expired visas (Iqama). This imposes a security risk and bad delivery experience as they are not allowed to access complexes. We have to commute to the gate to collect our order which otherwise would have delivered at our doorstep (which is normal daily experience with other apps).

Application does not work anymore since a complain i submitted few days ago. Does not accept my location, although I have been using the same for years. I deleted and downloaded/installed it again and the same issue remains. Now I'm even unable to log in with my mobile number or submit my home location and search for Anything. Even customer service is unreachable.
