If there's option to give 0 star, I will select as the app can't work. Can't load because it detected "remote administrative tool" which I don't have one on my phone. Such pain. Counterproductive. All my apps are downloaded through Google store and no 3rd party app. The words, "remote administrative tool" is just a string of words to display, "..." knows what are the parameters the programmer has used to search what and return this message?

You will need to delete these apps to access our Mobile Banking App, if you have it on your device:
DroidVNC
Fake GPS
Baidu IME for Xiaomi
If you still face issues, and have the TikTok app installed, do delete and reinstall it from the official Play Store.

Not working cause of some app it detected, remote communication all, whatever that means. Which one it does not specify. Poooooorly developed. Called the premium banking and they let me delete some apps and lost somevaluable phone recordings because of it. They even let me delete the 2FA app from google only to find out that it still did not make any difference. I work with Airwallex, Wise and other banks they work fluently. Quick swift and secure. With OCBC you feel like its the 90s all over.

Can be frustrating to use. Many dead links or pages with poor loading speed. Replace card and related tabs are not loading. It loaded after a few app restarts yesterday and it happened again this morning. I'm onto my 3rd app restart and it's really becoming a bother. I hope this can be addressed ASAP because it seems like we can only request for such services through the app.
