Amazon Relay helps truck drivers save time at Amazon Fulfilment and Sort Centres. Use the app to preregister your loads and get gate passes right on your phone.

HOW IT WORKS

Download the FREE Amazon Relay app. When collecting or dropping off at Amazon facilities, enter load information to get your Gate Pass in advance. Once you arrive at the gate, simply scan your Gate Pass for fast, easy check-in.

If you have received an invitation code from your carrier, sign in to unlock more features such as notifications if a load gets added or cancelled, and detailed instructions about your load. (Contact your motor carrier and ask if they participate in this programme).

I feel like it's pointless and unfair to drivers to have a system to report delays, but still have your performance score effected. There's a drop-down box with 10+ reasons (which all seem liable if that's what's actually going on for the driver), but you're still dinged for it. What's the point of even asking then? Also, I find it unfair for drivers to be dinged for Amazon canceling a load that you've already accepted. Performance scores matter in load options, therefore in livelihoods.

Navigation sucks, and on some stops it it gives me an "unable to navigate" which then I haven't use another Navigation app. Also when I'm scanning the pallets to load on my truck, turthe screen on my phone turns off it clears my scans (annoying) causing me to have to scan everything all over again. Please fix. It only does this on my android but works fine on my iPhone

I have a Google Pixel 9 Pro XL. This app keeps showing a vpn error message all the time. Pretty much everytime it refreshes. You would have to go to settings and delete all data app or even uninstall the app. Then download it again or log back in. Frustrating and repetitive proccess.
