Too many issues with the app 1. What is the point of having offline download if they will stream and consume Internet? Why I cannot even open and watch on a plane?! Complete non sense! 2. Downloaded titles will suddenly show message content expired. I experienced this today with a title downloaded only today, a small Internet hick up and the title is gone. I have to download again Would be nice from shahid to fix these bugs. Also would be nice to indicate the titles leaving the platform soon

After my subscription ended, I wanted to renew my annual subscription to Shahid, which cost around $48 through the app. Unfortunately, the payment wasn’t processed due to an issue with the app, but $7 was deducted. When I inquired, I confirmed that the deduction wasn't from the bank or Google Play, but from Shahid. The company keeps telling me that the deduction wasn't from them. Google keeps a record of all deductions, as does the bank. The amount is small, but I no longer trust their app.
