It has to be good until yesterday! I made two different orders.each of them had some items unavailable at different stores.I tried to cancel the orders after less than one minute when informed by the stores but I couldn't.I tried to explain my issue by sending emails posting a comment on their Facebook page and even callingTalabat centre. I've been told that they will fix it but they didn't. I have the right to be refunded as they always do but instead forced me to pay for items I didn't want

It's the worst app and kind of misleading. They offered 40 AED discount i applied voucher but they charged actual amount without discount. Now I was trying to find a way to contact but couldn't find customer no. no chat, no cancelations. The customer has the right to return, but talabat is fraud. It is better to move cream. They have at least the best support

This app had been fine when it first came around. Now, however, the same can't be said. I recently made an order, which was prepared and on the way - tracked all the way to 2 minutes away from me before it abruptly got cancelled. Explanation? None given. Contact support? Not possible. Still, I assumed that an accident had occurred. So, I ordered again. And then my order got abruptly cancelled after 20 minutes this time. All in all, terrible experience.
