My first experience was really bad, I had trouble setting up the account and could get the live video to work. It would always be loading saying "preparing to play... 99%" untill it would get a timeout. Eventually, I noticed there are two settings to load the video. In the right down corner, there is an indication which is 'SD' or 'UHD'. I can't find this setting described anywhere in the manual. But for me, the live video will only work on the 'UHD' setting.

It's consuming a high level of my Android's battery. Unfortunately, I need to configure letting the ICSee app without save battery to be possible to receive alerts from camera , if not, Android shutdowns the app after some minutes in the case of any alerts is not being produced. After that, no more alerts is received in my phone. To save the battery is important and necessary, but any alert should be received as a pushed message in my phone - saving or not saving the battery. Please check it.

There are still many of problems with app. I can't change quality of video until I rotate screen and press uhd or sd. Thats the problem with the speaker too. Can't use the button until rotate screen. And I think that there is a problem with saving some of the videos, there is not button for saving or it doesn't work well. ://
