Easy to use and to set up devices and it has some basic automation features. However the app comes with issues. I've had it not sent camera alerts through, despite them coming over my smart speakers. Worst is the notifications. They've bundled all of them together, so the same sound is used for motion alert, firmware ready to install, battery drain. Wich is bad as you want a distinctive sound for motion alert. I don't get the impression they will fix this

In the beginning, I really loved these products. I have four plugs (currently using only two) and a bulb. The bulb keeps randomly switching itself on. It is not scheduled to be on, and I only turn it on and off when needed. I don't know why it's doing this, but it's becoming such a hassle that I might have to remove it.

Got a camera a few weeks ago. Quite happy with the hardware and still familiarising myself with this app. I'm impressed that I can view the scene remotely while I am away from home. 3 outa 5 as seeing a few 'bugs' or peculiarities that need ironing out. 11/24 update: finding new things to do, including turning on a 'smart switch' plug with an outdoor light attached when my camera detects movement. One complaint: my cheaper camera is not smart enough to differentiate between a person and a car.
