Update Jan 2025. They have made the app more flashy, but it says that I have completely lost my platinum status and have no reward points. Obviously, no one actually tests this app before releasing it. App is unusable AGAIN after the update of 12th Sept -it keeps crashing. I would not trust the app with my credit card details. This loyalty programme is extremely badly run. Not recommended. Find another chain.

New updated app that now does not work, tried to book a hotel 5 times and the app closes itself at the same stage every time. Cleared cache, deleted and reinstalled the app and it still closes itself.

the app updated during my stay at Melia paradisus and now I can't manage my stay anymore. This is really annoying and disappointing. please test you app properly next time
