The app is a advancing backward. From able to see alternative dates and rates, now you can't. Accor Plus itself is a garbage program. The membership that you paid value less than what you paid. No free rooms with the value that you paid as promised by the sales or in the brochures. It would cover lower values, so less point. The price is also only slightly lower from online sites, which did not justify to pay for the membership. Do not buy the membership, it's a waste of your dollars by large.

Unable to sign up to accor plus from the link provided on the home page to take advantage of the current 3000 pts offer (it just takes me to a blank page). Doesn't work most of the time when making reservations. Sometimes you have to try it a few times before it is successful. After a number of failed attempts, I just give up and go back to the website (which is just as terrible). I've sent feedback many times already, but nothing seems to change.

Terrible app. I downloaded the app today and have changed my password twice. App only shows an error message claiming it's not our error, but there's and they are busy working in the background to fix the problem. Downloaded the app on other phones to no avail. Don't bother downloading!!!!
