Could be better The premise of the app is absolutely fantastic as I don't have access to half the brands at my local charity shops. However, it could be a lot better if the quality of some of the ads on this app is downright appalling. I don't like that the app demands feedback after every transaction within seconds of you accepting a purchase and it could be easier to navigate. The app could certainly stand for some improvement, but on the whole, fantastic idea

Nothing wrong with the app, but all their partner couriers are messing up the pick up location. Happened soooooo many times already that it was delivered to a different address that's so far from my area. Just now, my order of one blouse was delivered one hour away from my location. How on earth I'm going to pick it up??? They really need to shape up or have a talk with all their partner couriers. This is so disappointing.

Unexpectedly love this app. Can't speak to my experience as a customer because I haven't really ordered much but as a buyer I find the app very very convenient to use, as the "digital currency" you receive initially is super convenient if you want to shop in-app (you can buy stuff without ever using your cc!...and yes, you can withdraw later). Everything is relatively cheap on here and my only real complaint with the app is the tech side, as it can run a little slow and requires real good WiFi.
