I absolutely love the QC II buds, but the app is an absolute horrorshow of incompetence. I have set up the headphones once, and since that moment I am unable to get the app to connect to the buds. Reinstalling, reconnecting, going through the whole setup again. None of it works. The app is unable to be used in any useful manner, luckily the buds still connect to my phone without the app, it is jarring to see how such a good product is accompanied by an absolutely abysmal piece of "software".

I recently misplaced the right earbud and, unfortunately, had to download a third-party app to locate it. Thankfully, I was able to find it, but it would be incredibly helpful if a "Find My Earbuds" feature were integrated into your app. This addition would make it much easier to locate misplaced earbuds quickly and enhance the overall user experience. I believe this could be a key feature for users who occasionally misplace their earbuds. Overall, great earbuds.

Why is this app so bad? The headphones are pretty good. I have the Bose Comfort with its paired app, which I really like, and a few months ago, I purchased 2 pairs of ultra open earbuds and the new soundbar, which all required this app. The app constantly disconnected from all the devices, if it can even find any of them, and the sound bar struggles to connect with the headphones, and never stays connected. I've deleted and re-downloaded MULTIPLE times and unpaired/repaired to no avail. Aweful
