Definitely recommend. I gives you the option if it's too easy, just right, or too hard after your workout. It's usually about 16mins per session and it tells you how many calories you burn after each session. Im at day 3 and absolutely love it. It gives you either animated or real persons to instruct how to do each stretch if ur unsure along with words. It gives u tiny tips as ur doing it and let's u know when ur at the halfway mark and gives you a count down of 3-2-1 when ur at the end

Changed to 1 star because the "Township" ad at the beginning of the app opening being unavoidable, is absolutely ridiculous. You can't skip it unless you play the game a bit-- I tried tapping "skip" a million times. I'm trying to better my fitness and flexibility, not be forced to play a stupid ad that takes time out of my day. Disgusting.

Love the app,. Set a reminder to get my exercises routine practise done and I already feel more movement and flexibility from the first beginners level. I've had chronic pain for a few years now so this is my first time doing exercise again and these are really helping. Me and my 5 year old daughter do them together. Good stuff! My aim is to do the splits before my 48 birthday next month :)
