It really works. It seems so difficult at first, but gradually gets easier as time goes on. I started barely being able to hold it 30 seconds and am noe well over 2 minutes in less than 30 days. My stomach seriously looks so much flatter - and I'm in my 40s!Don't forget to breathe, keep your jaw relaxed, make sure your shoulders are over your hands, and remind yourself it is mind over matter. I also sometimes watch tv on the phone while doing it to help pass the time (with picture-over-picture)

July 23 First time. Just right. Very clear instructions. The right level to start with. Will check back after some time. Used it some more. Aug 23 Still like it. Would like to see a stretch regime build into it so you can combine that with the plank. Also would like an option of a lifetime use cost. Thanks and keep up the good work. Discounted rate displayed now. Is this monthly or one time?

Really liked having verbal cues and timers. But it'd be appreciated if the progressions weren't so fast. Even if you start with easy, after a month only you're in the 2-3 minute plank and I honestly think most people won't be able to go from 20 seconds to 180 seconds in a month
