Tony Atkinson

SIR ANTHONY B. ATKINSON, Warden of Nuffield College, Oxford, is one of the world's leading economists and an expert in public economics. For this report he was supported by a team located in the ONS, co-directed by Joe Grice, Deputy Head of the Government Economic Service and seconded from the Treasury, and Aileen Simkins from the Department of Health. Other team members were from the ONS and the Bank of England.
