Robert is a Customer Strategy consultant with over 20 years' experience structuring companies for growth. He is an expert in customer experience innovation and competitive strategy. Robert founded CapFeather Global one month before the Covid pandemic hit Australia with Cyrus Allen and together they have grown the consultancy to multi-million dollar revenues in just 3 years. He is the lead author of Customer Experience Innovation: How to get a lasting market edge and Lean CX: How to differentiate at low cost and least risk. Robert was a visiting professor lecturing MBA's at 8 universities across Europe, Asia and Australia in competitive strategy, creative problem solving and new venture management for 15 years. He has launched 74 start-ups and achieved three (modest) exits. He has degrees in Applied Science and Business, plus a PhD in cognitive psychology. His PhD investigated how to help companies with strong corporate governance still be creative. He is renowned for challenging the status quo.
