Joseph E Raine is a Consultant Paediatrician with a special interest in diabetes and endocrinology who works in a busy London Hospital. His interests include medical education and diabetes and he also runs the congenital hypothyroidism clinic at the Great Ormond Street Hospital for Sick Children. Malcolm D C Donaldson is a Senior Lecturer in Child Health and an Honorary Consultant Endocrinologist at the Royal Hospital for Sick Children in Glasgow. John W Gregroy provides a specialist service for children with endocrine disorders living in Wales. He also has an active research interest in the implications of endocrinopathy and childhood cancer on bone and body composition and the development of novel psychological interventions to support children with diabetes. Martin O Savage is Professor of Paediatric Endocrinilogy at St Bartholomew's and the Royal London Hospitals in London, UK. He has wide clinical interests and research experience in disorders of the growth hormone - IGF-I axis and of paediatric adrenal disease, particularly Cushing's syndrome. Raymond L Hintz is a Professor of Pediatrics at Stanford University specializing in pediatric endocrinology and diabetes. He is a Past President and Secretary of the Lawson Wilkins Pediatric Endocrine Society. His research has focused on growth hormone and the insulin-like growth factors.
