Isabelle Tombs

Isabelle Tombs (née Bussy) was born in France, studied at the Université de Paris I (Panthéon-Sorbonne), and did a PhD on modern British history at Trinity College, Cambridge. Isabelle teaches French at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office.
