Heidy Ramos

Heidy Ramos grew up in Mactan, Lapu-Lapu City, Philippines. She is the mother of five children: Joseph Thomas, her oldest son, Heidy Nicole, her oldest daughter, Allison, her middle child, Patrick, her youngest son, and Shannon, her youngest daughter. Heidy’s children are the joy of her heart. The oldest three are young adults attending college. The younger two are still at home keeping Heidy busy. Eight-year-old Shannon is her little bundle of joy, always keeping Heidy on her toes. Heidy and her children love adventure, camping, hiking, and canoeing in various State parks. Her family lives life through exploring nature and tend to just enjoy the benefit of living. They really like being around energetic and busy people. In her own words, Heidy declares: “I’m married to my children. I wrote The Island of Dreams to leave as a legacy to my children. My greatest achievement in life is having my children.”
