EMMA CHRISTENSEN is a food writer, beer reviewer, and homebrewer. Until moving to California in March 2011, she was the beer reviewer for the Columbus Dispatch in Columbus, Ohio, and currently her writing appears daily on Apartment Therapy: The Kitchn. In 2010, she was selected as the Writer of the Year across all the Apartment Therapy network sites.
