Dianna Dorisi Winget

Dianna Winget has written several nonfiction books for children as well as many articles and stories for childrenrsquo;s magazines. She has also written a middle grade novel, A Smidgen of Sky (Harcourt, 2012). Dianna lives in the beautiful mountains of north Idaho with her husband and daughter, as well as two small dogs, Lacey the Chihuahua and Sassie the Daschund. When shersquo;s not writing, she enjoys reading, coming up with new story ideas, gardening, and watching for visiting wildlife including deer, turkeys, moose, and an occasional porcupine.
