This was a start of a new series by this author, and I really enjoyed reading it. I loved the characters of Kenzie and Madn, they captured my attention, and triggered feelings such as anger on their behalf. It also had some great side characters, Mad's friend Jaek. It had a good storyline that was well written and intrigued me, with some suspense and action. I wanted to know from the start the reason for Mads exile. I'm looking forward to other books in this series.

This is a nicely developed science fiction read. This author does a great job building the world and bring the story to life. This is the first story in the new "Alien Mates-Planet Exile" and it is very captivating read. This story is about Kenzie and Mad. She is a fiesty women desperately searching for her sister. She lands in the hands of Jadirel, Mad's employer, and tossed to fight in the pits. Mad sees her and immediately is drawn to her. Mad and Kenzie set out to find her sister. The chemistry between these two fated mates is off the charts. Such a great read!

I loved the sassiness of the heroine and her no nonsense attitude towards everything! Kenzie arrives on the exile planet looking for her sister who was abducted and in the process runs into Mad. This causes sparks to fly and his protective instincts to kick in especially since she seems to have run afoul of the 'king' of the region! All in all a good adventure with romance thrown in!. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
